Cure2Pure is Pakistan's PMDC-verified telemedicine platform. It connects patients with licensed doctors and specialists via secure video or chat consultations — all from the comfort of home, starting from PKR 1,500.
Yes, absolutely. Every doctor listed on Cure2Pure is individually verified against the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) register before their profile goes live. Each doctor's PMDC registration number is displayed on their profile so you can verify independently.
Yes. Cure2Pure is a fully online platform accessible from any city in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and beyond. All you need is a smartphone or computer with an internet connection.
We currently offer 10+ specialities including Cardiology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Neurology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, and General Medicine. More specialities are being added regularly.
Yes, a free account is required to book consultations. This allows us to securely store your medical history, prescriptions, and appointment records. Creating an account takes less than 2 minutes — register here.
For Patients
1. Create a free account or log in.
2. Browse doctors and choose a specialist.
3. Select a date and available time slot.
4. Choose video or chat consultation type.
5. Complete payment — you'll receive a confirmation email instantly.
Fees are set by each doctor and are displayed clearly on their profile before you book. Consultations start from PKR 1,500. There are no hidden charges — the price shown is the price you pay.
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure Stripe-powered payment gateway. Card details are never stored on our servers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Yes. After your consultation, the doctor can issue a legally valid digital prescription directly through the platform. You can view, download, and share it from your patient dashboard at any time.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your dashboard up to 2 hours before the appointment. Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation — please see our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Yes. Your full appointment history, consultation notes, and all prescriptions are available in your Patient Dashboard at any time, even after the consultation is complete.
For Doctors
Register your doctor account, complete your profile with your PMDC registration number, specialisation, hospital affiliation, and consultation fee. Our team will verify your credentials — typically within 24–48 hours.
PMDC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 working hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your profile is live and patients can start booking with you.
Yes. You have full control over your consultation fee. You can update it at any time from your Doctor Dashboard. Patients see the fee clearly before booking — there are no surprises.
Yes. From your Doctor Dashboard you can set your weekly availability schedule — days, start times, end times — and toggle your availability on or off instantly. You will only receive bookings during your active slots.
No. Joining Cure2Pure as a doctor is completely free. We operate on a revenue-share model — a small platform fee is deducted from each consultation. Contact us at doctors@cure2pure.com for detailed terms.
Technical & Security
Cure2Pure works on any modern device — smartphones (Android & iPhone), tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. No app download is required. Just open your browser and go to cure2pure.com.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your health data is only shared with the doctor you consult. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.
Consultation records and prescriptions are retained for 5 years as required by Pakistani medical record regulations. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@cure2pure.com.
If you experience a technical issue mid-consultation, please refresh the page and rejoin. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@cure2pure.com and we will ensure you are not charged for a failed session.
