1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cure2Pure ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Nature of Service
Cure2Pure is a telemedicine intermediary that connects patients with PMDC-licensed healthcare professionals. We do not provide medical advice directly. Consultations are conducted by independent doctors.
- Cure2Pure is not an emergency service. In case of a medical emergency, call 1122 (Pakistan).
- Consultations are for general healthcare guidance and do not replace in-person emergency care.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Cure2Pure reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Doctor Verification
All doctors on the Platform are required to provide a valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical Commission) license. Cure2Pure performs verification but cannot guarantee real-time license status. Doctors are independent practitioners.
5. Payments & Refunds
Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking via Stripe. Refunds may be issued if a doctor cancels or does not attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Completed consultations are non-refundable.
6. Prescription Validity
Digital prescriptions issued through Cure2Pure are legally valid under Pakistan's telemedicine regulations. Prescriptions are for legitimate medical purposes only and may be verified by pharmacies.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to obtain controlled substances without legitimate medical need
- Providing false medical history to obtain prescriptions
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening healthcare professionals
8. Limitation of Liability
Cure2Pure's liability is limited to the consultation fee paid. We are not liable for medical outcomes resulting from consultations with independent doctors on the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
