2. Telehealth Services

Our platform connects patients with PMDC-verified doctors. The telehealth services provided are for non-emergency medical situations only. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate medical history and personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Refunds

Consultation fees must be paid in advance. Refunds are provided only if a doctor fails to attend the scheduled appointment or if you cancel at least 24 hours prior.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cure2Pure acts as a facilitator. Medical advice is provided directly by independent practitioners. We are not liable for any misdiagnosis or medical errors made by the consulting doctors.

6. Service Delivery Policy

All consultations on Cure2Pure are delivered digitally via video call or chat through our platform. Upon successful payment, your appointment will be confirmed and a consultation link will be provided before the scheduled time. Doctors are expected to be available within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time. In the event a doctor is unavailable or fails to attend, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. There are no physical goods shipped — all services are delivered electronically.
